SHIPPING POLICY

1) All products are ship from Malaysia. Our Shipment methods include the regular Airmail OR Express Shipping which we may, at our discretion, use either FedEx, DHL or EMS (our national courier).

2) We make shipment from Monday to Saturday except Sunday and public holidays. All orders will dispatch within 24 - 48Hrs after payment is received. Express Shipping will usually take within 3 to 7 days to arrive, depending on your location. If you are not in the hurry to get the item or prefer lower shipping cost, the Airmail shipping option is right for you. Most but not all of our products come with this option. Airmail will usually take 7 to 21 days to arrive depending on your location and the efficiency of your local post administrations.

3) We shall not be held responsible should there is any delay at the customs clearance point.

4) We can ship to almost any registered address in the world. However, we do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses or Military Base addresses.

5) It is your obligation to provide the correct address details at the time of ordering. Should you provide the wrong address, you will have to bear the re-routing fee and all losses that might occur.

6) For Express Shipping, after your order has been shipped, we will email you the tracking number where you can conveniently track online the whereabouts of your order.

7) Express Shipping requires an adult signature upon delivery to your door-front. If there is no one present, the parcel will be sent to the nearest post office/facility to await your collection. A note will be left in your post box informing you the branch and its address.

8) Import duties and/or taxes may be imposed by your local government on shipments from outside your country. These charges (if any) are SEPARATE from our charges and are made payable to your government. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information

9) Some of our items are shipped using Dimensional Weight instead of actual weight of the items. Dimensional Weight is a standard formula used throughout the freight industry that considers a package's density or volume when determining charges. Simply put, Dimensional weight is used when the weight of a package is inappropriately less than the actual size of the package - like a box filled with inflated balloons!

10) We perform 100% quality check on all items before shipment. However, in the unlikelihood of the items being damaged during shipment, please inform by e-mailing us immediately. Any complaints for damage made after 3 days of delivery will not be entertained. You must return defective or damaged goods within 30 days of receipt. We will guarantee an arrangement for a replacement (subject to availability) at our cost or make a full refund for you depending on your request once we receive the return.

11) If you want to return the item for reasons other than it's damaged, you will have to bear the return cost. We will make a full refund minus shipping charges once item is received, provided the returned item is in its original packaging and still in resaleable condition. We do not charge any restocking fees.
