I just wanted to drop a brief note to let you know that I did receive the new hat yesterday afternoon.  It shipped for "malmeg," (a friend) since I've never used e-bay.  I was pleasantly surprised at the process itself, and the final product.  I searched the web for this style hat, and came up with the same product with prices ranging all the way up to some $50-$60, with dealers offering pre-shaped hats, and various other aspects. Your "no-mark-up" price, courteous and prompt service, great follow-through, and 'original' superior hat was certainly appreciated.  I will definitely recommend your store should anyone I know be looking for any products you provide.
