With regards to eBay Feedback Ratings for Seller:-

1) Item As Described - I do my best to describe the items to the best of my knowledge. If you have any queries, please do contact me and i will verify and answer them.

2) Communications - I respond to emails as soon as i get them. You may receive emails later due to the time difference between your country and Japan's. You will receive email when payment is received and information of the shipping time when i sent out the package.

3) Shipping Time - I ship out the package as soon as payment is received. It can be the same day or the next if you pay me in the evening (Japan time). You can check the postal date stamped on the package /envelope for the date that the package was sent out, so if it reaches you later than you expected, this is all the works of the Post Office. I cannot control the shipping time once the parcel leaves my hand. You can use EMS priority insured airmail which takes 4-7days with online tracking to expediate your parcel. It is very fast and will not be lost. Regular airmail is 10-14 days , insurance is optional at addition $4 which has a tracking number. Shipping via regular airmail without insurance cannot be tracked and traced and the package shipping time depends on your country`s post office efficancy and if it happens to be subjected to postal customs checks it will take longer than the usual. If it is delayed or it happens to be lost in mail hope you can understand that i have no control of the situation. All parcels are shipped promptly in secured boxes when it leaves me. If you opted to ship via regular airmail there is no claim or no refund since there is no tracking number. Hope to have your kind understanding.

4) Shipping and Handling Charges :- Shipping of all parcels in carton boxes and brown envelopes to make sure that the item remains the same way when it is with me and in the same condition when it reaches you. Very minimum handling charges are included in the shipping fee to cover the costs of the boxes, envelopes, bubble wrap, tapes and transport costs to the Post Office. All shipping costs are in the description of the auction page. Items shipped via your choice of EMS priority airmail or Regular airmail. I do not ship SAL or surface airmail as it takes more than 30 days.
