If the products you purchase from Fila does not meet your expectations, you may return them up to 30 days later for a refund EXCEPT for Daily Deals which clearly state NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on the listing. Unfortunately, we charge a small flat fee of $8.00 to return products to our warehouse (taxable if your order was shipped to Maryland). If you are EXCHANGING an item, we will waive that fee PROVIDED YOU EMAIL US YOUR NEW ORDER NUMBER. To exchange an item, please return the original item using the below instructions and place a new order for the desired item.

1) Please visit www.fila.com. At the bottom of the page click on "Check Order Status".
2) Type in your email address, order number (that can be found on your packing slip) and your billing zip code.
3) Next, you will see a recap of your order. In a gray box toward the bottom right, please click "Create and Print a Return Shipping Label".
4) A new page will appear on your screen with your return label. In the upper left hand corner, click the word 'File'.
5) Select 'Print' and affix the FedEx label to your package.
6) Using this packing list and the return codes listed on this page, write the return code next to the item(s) you wish to return.
7) Box up the items and write your shipment number on the front of the box.
8) Be sure to remove all existing labels and thoroughly cross out all bar codes on the outside of the box.
9) Please go to any FedEx Kinko's drop location to ship your package. For a list of locations near you, please go to www.fedex.com.
