** Combined Shipping Policy **

We encourage customers to buy more items and we will do our best to provide the most combined shipping discount!  We do not make any profit from the S&H fees, unlike other vendors. 

For each additional item (parts, accessories, filters) purchased, we only charge for fees that are imposed by selling the item and the additional shipping weight.  We will try to fit everything into one box to save customer money.  All RO systems are each in its original box and therefore can not be combined with another system. 

After you have bought multiple items, please WAIT for our combined invoice, which will include a shipping discount, and send ONE payment.  Due to the mass volume of our payment transactions, if you make several payments before invoice, we do NOT go back reviewing each transaction and provide a refund!  Sorry.

Except for small parts / adapters, most products are shipped by UPS.  Our shipping rates are estimated by UPS delivery and we require a PHYSICAL ADDRESS for every transaction.  If you can not provide a physcial address, we must bill you at a higher rate for postal shipping.  Please make sure you provide a physcial address when making payments. 

Payment is expected within 7 days after end of auction.  Unpaid reminders will be sent out automatically after 7 days.  We normally ship out products within 1 to 2 business days after receipt of payment.
