Business Hours &  Operation

Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm Pacific time (PST).  Small parts are shipped by postal; system packages are shipped by UPS Ground.  UPS packages are processed everyday Monday thru Friday.  International and postal packages are processed twice a week.  If you make a payment during the weekend / holidays, your transaction will be processed on the next business day.   Our phone number is 714-953-9009.  You are welcome to contact us during our business hours if you have any questions.  Please do not call when our office is closed.  Due to the mass volume of incoming messages, we do not reply to voice messages.  Once again, we would like to remind all customer making inquiries by email: all emails will be responded within 1-3 business days at most.  If you did not hear a reply after 3 business days, it's most likely that it went into spam.  Do not wait any longer!  Call us directly during business hours.  If you can't make a call, give us your number and we will call you.
