Broken Paint Policy

• If you receive broken paintballs in a shipment and would like to exchange it you will need to fill out the form at the bottom of the page.
• Your claim will typically be processed in 48 hours.
• Please hold your shipment of broken paintballs for 7 to 10 business days to allow UPS to come by and inspect the package.

Return Policy

• No Returns on DVDs and/or Video Games
• All returns must have a RA number or they will be refused.
• No return on paintballs. If paintballs are damaged immediately contact us using the form at the bottom of the page. This will allow us to set up a replacement for you.
• Unopened and unused products returned for credit to your credit card will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The merchandise must be returned complete with all of the original manufacturer\'s packaging, manual(s), blank warranty cards, miscellaneous parts and accessories. Incomplete returns will be subject to additional charges at our discretion. No returns on used merchandise.
• Used Merchandise means that the merchandise is handled by the customer in any other way then for visual inspection of the merchandise.
• No returns permitted without authorization from our office. All authorization requests must come through the web. Using the form at the bottom of this page.
• Items are only available for return up to but no exceeding 30 days from the date of shipment.
• Damaged items will be replaced, repaired, or credited at our option.
• There are no refunds on shipping and handling.
• All claims for shortages must be made within 24 hours upon receipt of shipment. If the items are found to be shorted they will be shipped at no cost to you.
• All paintball products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty period varies per manufacturer. You must contact them directly to work out the details. We can assist in your efforts to get the product repaired by the manufacturer. Ultimately it is up the manufacturer to warranty the products. We are just a distributor of their products.
