This pole saw arrived quickly with all parts included. Customer service was excellent. Even though it was listed as used/refurbished it looks new and arrived in an original equipment box. I just had surgery so haven’t been able to use it yet but upon inspection it looks like it will be good. The other Ryobi cordless equipment I’ve used have worked very well including a similar cordless pole saw. This one was an upgrade for me. I highly recommend this seller.
