| A:For our new items we offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will send a freight carrier to pick up your machine and upon receipt at our warehouse we will refund the purchase price (price of machine and tax) less to and from shipping charges. We do NOT accept returns for CDs, Videos, or refurbished items. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:We will combine shipping on items such as CDs and Videos that are shipped by UPS Ground. We will NOT combine shipping on items that are shipped by freight truck. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We generally ship in 3-4 BUSINESS days after payment is received. If it is shipped by freight truck, it can take up to 15 BUSINESS days to be delivered. UPS Ground takes up to 10 BUSINESS days to be delivered. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:Shipping and handling charges are listed in the auction. We ship only to the lower 48 United States. No PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. Pickup is not available. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:No. We do not ship outside of the US, or to Alaska or Hawaii. We will ship in the continental United States only. |
| Q:Do you accept PayPal, checks or money orders? |

| Q:Do you charge tax? |

| A:We are required to collect tax in states where we have a business presence. Our corporate offices are in Utah, but we have warehouses all over the country. Please note that eBay only allows us to list state tax percentages. You are legally required to pay the sales tax at your shipping zip code which may include city, county and other taxes. |
| Q:Will someone take it inside and set it up for me? |

| A:No. Shipping is curbside delivery in 10-15 business days. Curbside means that they will not take it inside the house, or up stairs. There is some assembly required. |
| Q:Can I purchase an extended warranty? |

| A:Yes. Extended warranties include in-home service, parts and labor. You will be offered the option to add an extended warranty during the checkout process. For new equipment one to three year extended warranties are available. For refurbished equipment, one year extended warranties are available. You can find pricing information in our eBay store. |
| Q:I won an auction. How do I pay? |

| A:Please check your eBay messages and follow the payment instructions that were sent to you shortly after you won the auction. |

| A:Payment is expected with 7 days of the close of the auction. |

| Q:Is there a difference between NEW and BRAND NEW? |

| A:No. New, Brand New, and New in Box all mean the same thing. eBay only allows a set number of characters in the title, and we sometimes run out of space. |
| Q:Do you allow items to be picked up? |

| A:No. We never allow items to be picked up. |
| Q:How do you sell it so low? |
|
| A:We can offer low prices because we are the manufacturer. Also, keep in mind that this is an auction. The amount that you see is the current bid - not what the item is going to selling for. |
