| Return Policy |
For our new items we offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will send a freight carrier to pick up your machine and upon receipt at our warehouse we will refund the purchase price (price of machine and tax) less to and from shipping charges.
Because CDs and Videos are easily duplicated, we cannot accept returns for these items.
Refurbished items are sold as is. |
| Warranty |
New items come with a manufacturer’s warranty and one, two, or three year extended warranties are also available.
Refurbished items come with a 90 day manufacturer’s warranty. A one year extended warranty is also availible. Extended warranties include in-home service by a local service technician certified by the manufacturer and parts and labor. You will be offered the option to add an extended warranty during checkout.

We guarantee that every online transaction you make at FitnessAuction will be 100% safe. this means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our online fitness store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, FitnessAuction will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. FitnessAuction will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at FitnessAuction while using the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. |
