PURCHASE POLICY
Fitness Equipment Depot Worldwide requires up front payment to start your order, unless otherwise arranged. After receipt of payment, we require 2-6 weeks to recondition your equipment, depending on the equipment piece and reconditioning process. You will be notified when your product is ready for shipment.
If executing this agreement on behalf of a corporation, general, or limited partnership, or any other legal entity, I declare that i am fully authorized to do so on its behalf.
All disputes relating to or arising out of this invoice or the equipment or services provided by ZKJ Fitness to Customer shall be
brought in the Supreme Court of Nassau County, New York or, alternatively, the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of New
York, and Customer expressly waives all objections to venue in those courts. Customer shall pay all of the costs and attorneys'fees incurred by ZKJ Fitness to collect sums due for equipment and services, or if Customer is found liable for any breach ofthis invoice or any agreement between the parties, is ordered to pay any damages in contract or at law, or if ZKJ Fitness obtains injunctive relief against Customer.
