The Sporting Goods industry has evolved over the past twenty years in a continual effort to bring better, more functional, durable and technical products to market. However, most merchandise is now sourced from overseas, which means cartons travel farther and often reach up to 30,000 frequent flyer miles before reaching their final destination, your home or business. Consequently, we try to carry merchandise from the brands that stock parts so that we have them on hand to ship to you in the event a unit is damaged during shipping. Additionally, if your primary concern is the appearance of a box, my suggestion would be to shop offline. While we shrink-wrap every unit that leaves our warehouse, they will get thrown around as they travel to their destination and most units do not have sufficient internal packaging (bubble wrap) to withstand this type of handling. Our philosophy is parts are replacable, customers are not.
Finally, our goal is to bring the top brands at the lowest prices while providing full service. If there is a problem, we will fix it, if there is a question, we will answer it, if there there is an issue, we will resolve it as we do not believe in satisfied customers, We Want Happy Customers!
