Seller shipped the Dept 56 collectible in a single layer of bubble wrap and brown paper, instead of a separate box. Of course, the original Dept 56 box was damaged during shipping. The seller was accommodating, however, and provided a return and refund quickly. As a seller of collectibles, they should have known that most collectors want undamaged boxes to go along with their pieces. It was disappointing to see that more care wasn’t taken.

You didn't even remove the entire wrapping to see if the box was damaged-only about 15% of wrapping was removed. You stated yourself in the return claim that you did not want to unwrap or remove the tape-saying it would damage the image (which it did not). I love to re-purpose and recycle because I don't like wasting materials that come from our earth-I am not sorry I used brown paper.
