Pre-Purchase
Questions |
Q. An item I
was looking at has been removed, how come?
A. We update our inventory daily; in some cases an item which we
have had listed is no longer available. We try to remove these items as
quickly as we can. In the instances where we miss one of these items, we
always offer the buyer a refund or the option to wait for the item to
come back in stock.
Q. Do you guys use drop shippers?
A. In some instances yes we do, but conversely we also carry alot of
product in inventory as well.
Q. Do you have other items not listed on
eBay?
A. We have 24,000+ items in our database. Of course we can't list them
all at once! If you are looking for something specific, email
Steve and
let him know. If we have it or can get it, we will setup a private
auction for you.

Payment
Questions |
Q. What
payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Cashier's Checks, and Money
Orders. We do NOT accept cash or personal checks. If you pay by Money
Order or Cashier's Check you get a free gift!
Q. How long do
I have to pay for my item?
A. We expect payment within 5 business days of item purchase (in the
case of mailed payment, it should be postmarked within 5 business days).
You expect us to ship your item quickly, and as such we expect you to
pay promptly. Items not paid for within 14 days will have a Non-Paying
Bidder dispute filed.
Q. My credit
card was declined, why?
A. There could be several reasons why. A couple of the more common
ones are listed below:
- Address Verification mismatch. Our system verifies the billing address
you specified against the one your bank has on file. If they do not
match, it declines your card. Additionally, if your bank does not allow
for AVS checks, it will decline your card. This is one of the leading
reasons for international problems.
- Billing address and shipping address don't match. We will not accept
payments where an item is to be shipped to an alternate shipping address
unless arrangements are made in advance.
- Typo. Double check the information you entered;)
Q. Do I have to use your checkout?
A. Yes. This helps us keep all of our orders organized and allows
buyers a secure checkout process. Additionally, this is where your
multiple item shipping discount is calculated.

| Shipping &
Tracking Questions |
Q. How much
will an item cost to ship to me?
A. Click here to see a basic table which contains the various
shipping options and prices for our listings.
Q. Do you combine
shipping?
A. On items purchased within 2 days of each other (up to 20 items)
our system will automatically combine them into one invoice and provide
a shipping discount.
Q. How do you
calculate your shipping?
A. Our shipping charges are based on the following: 1) the actual
cost to ship the item, 2) the time needed to inspect and pack the item,
3) cost of postage equipment (IE, online shipping services memberships,
scales, boxes, packing supplies, tape, etc..., 4) time and gas to drive
items to the appropriate service depot when a pickup is not available.
We do our best to keep our shipping prices low.
Q. How long
does it take to ship my item?
A. We strive to ship our items within 2 business days of your
completed payment but it can take up to 5. In the case of international
orders, due to the excess paperwork it can take up to 10 business days
to process and ship your order. If you need to inquire about the status
of an order, please email Julie.
Q. How
long does it take to get my item?
A. This depends on where you live, the method of shipping you chose,
and how you paid for you item. If you are within the United States and
paid immediately, you should have your item within 1-2 weeks.
International orders may take longer.
Q. Will I get
tracking #'s for my purchase?
A. If applicable, yes. They will be emailed to either your verified
PayPal address or the email address you specified with your mailed
payment.

| Returns,
Refunds, Warranties, and Exchanges Questions |
Q. What kind
of warranty do I get with my items?
A. We give all purchases a 2 day inspection period from the date you
receive the item. If during this time you discover that your item is
defective or broken, you can make arrangements to return it for a
refund, exchange, or credit (please note, refunds and credits will not
be issued until the item is received by us and verified to be in its
original packaging; exchanges will not be shipped until the previous
criteria are met). Any warranty beyond that is covered by the
manufacturer. Please note, we will not accept returns on items which
have been misused (misused means the item was used for something it was
not originally intended for).
Q. I need to return an item, who pays for this and
what do I need to do?
A. Firstly, you must contact us within the 2 day inspection period.
Secondly, you must package the item in its' original packaging with any
documentation and accessories it came with. You are responsible for the
shipping to return the item, we will gladly pay to have the replacement
shipped back to you. Please note, items return shipped to us and are
damaged due to poor packaging will not be replaced or refunded; they
will be returned to you. All refunds issued are less shipping and
handling charges.
