I received the unit promptly. It was very well packaged, and arrived in perfect condition. No dents, scratches, or defects at all.

I didn t get made you were just rude and unwilling to help in any way when I was going to buy another unit from you. I didn t see the damage until I unpacked it which I didn t do until you were rude and I had an hvac tech come put a lp conversion kit in which you stated there wasn t one which is completely in correct. I have attached pictures. Looks a lot like a fork lift made the marks. I will not be changing anything because you did NOTHING to resolve or help me. Will gladly send pictures.

Customer requested an LP conversion kit for a Natural Gas only unit. The unit they purchased can not be used with LP gas as listed in the manufacturers installation instructions. We can not provide parts that are not available and highly recommended that they do not operate unit on LP gas. They then reported damage that was found to the unit in which we did offer to remedy the damaged unit problem but have yet to hear back from the customer regarding the situation.
