Terms of Sale
The following Terms of Sale will govern the sale between Flex Wholesale and you, our Customer, for any item purchased from our website. By buying from us, you agree to these terms.
Payment
We accept the following methods of payment: major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card) and Paypal. We prefer payment by major credit cards and Paypal for security. Please feel free to contact us if you need additional information.
Shipping
We currently ship only in the United States. We use UPS and USPS at our discrection. Orders received before 3:00PM CST will go out the same day. We ship orders Monday - Friday.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Flex Wholesale reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it for a refund within 7 days of receipt. This allow us to keep inventory accurately. In order to obtain a return authorization number. Please email help@flexwholesale.com and state the reason of return. Items must be returned in the same condition received with all tags intact.
Returns without RMA number will not process. You must get the return address for a return. If you refused the order, items will NOT be reshipped unless additional shipping cost has been paid. Shipping is not refundable, and you will bear the cost of return shipping. Items must be returned in the condition in which they arrived and in their original packaging.
