    Shipping & Delivery

    At this time, Florida Forklift Supply Inc. ships merchandise to locations within the contiguous United States (only the lower 48 states). If you are outside this area and are interested in our products, please contact us at 1-800-940-8660

    With warehouses in FL, IL, CA, LA, SC, PA and KS, your purchase will be shipped from the nearest location. Most orders placed by 4:00 p.m. (EST), Monday-Friday, are shipped the same day by UPS Ground. Please allow 3-7 days to receive your item. If you need your purchase shipped overnight, please call us or send us a note to make these arrangements.

    Order Processing Times

  • We ship items Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
  • Standard Order Processing time: 1-2 Business Days from date of cleared payment your item should leave our warehouse. While we try to get all order out next business day we will notify customer of any delay that may happen
  • Total Estimated Delivery time: Item(s) should be received within 5- 7 business days. Most orders are shipped UPS Ground.
  • Overnight orders are processed the same day, provided order is place by 3:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time Shipping & Handling •Shipping Fees listed are for the Continental USA Only
  • We ship most orders using UPS services. We will add Tracking number directly to the Order Detail Page. Customer is Responsible for being home or arranging Delivery.
  • All Packages will not have signature required unless requested. •Packages will not be shipped to PO Box addresses.
  • WE WILL ONLY SHIP TO THE PAYPAL CONFIRMED VERIFIED ADDRESS

  • Can I pay by Check, Money Order or Cashiers Check?
    Paypal is our preferred method of payment for all orders. If for some reason Paypal isn't viable for your payment, please contact us. Payment methods other than Paypal may delay shipment of your order.



    Can I pay using PayPal?
    We gladly accept PayPal. If you're not already a PayPal member, signing up is easy! To learn more, or to get started, visit PayPal's website at: www.paypal.com. Once you have joined PayPal, you can send your payment by entering our e-mail address in the "Recipient's E-Mail" field on the "Send Money" tab of PayPal. Please make sure you supply us with all the information we'll need to properly ship your item! Payment must be confirmed.



    Can I pay by C.O.D.?
    Sorry, we do not accept C.O.D. payments at this time.


    If I pay with PayPal -- will you ship to an unconfirmed address?

    Sorry, we will not ship to unconfirmed addresses as a general rule. Please contact us for further details. If you have any questions about how to confirm your address, please visit PayPal's help center.


    Do you ship international?
    Some products may be shipped outside the USA. Please check the item's listing for shipment details.


    What happens after I have paid for my item?
    Orders are normally processed each day Monday thru Friday. Usually, if your payment is received after 3:00 P.M. or on a weekend, it is processed on the next business day. Within hours of processing your order, we pick out the items you have selected and prepare them for shipment. If there's ever a problem with an order, we'll contact you ASAP.


    What shipping methods do you have available?
    We ship all of our items via UPS or USPS. All of our items ship under our own UPS account, no exceptions.


    When can I expect my order to arrive?
    After your order has been processed and shipped, UPS usually takes 1-6 business days to deliver. If you need your item faster (or even overnight!), expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Please feel free to contact us for express shipping quotes.


    How much are the shipping fees?

    The shipping fees for all of our products are clearly stated on the checkout page. The fees cover UPS or USPS standard shipping.

    Do I have to pay sales tax?
    Since we are an Washington company, we are required by state law to charge 6.5% sales tax when shipping to Washington addresses only.


    Do you allow local pickup at your location?
    Yes we do, please email us your request for a pickup. Pickup is available Monday thru Friday during normal business hours upon appointment with us.


    What do I do if my package was lost or damaged?
    If a package arrives damaged, please contact us and hold onto the merchandise and all packing materials until advised otherwise by the shipment company. If your shipment does not arrive when anticipated, you can contact us for further details.
