My experience was similar to another negative review. In my opinion: Poor customer service and attitude in response to polite and respectful question; Excessive shipping costs based on the weight and dimensions listed on box by UPS (more than double); Described as new - no paperwork, tags, box, UPC sticker. Will not shop here again.

Buyer NEVER contacted me prior to leaving this review. Shipping was as stated and was NO WHERE near 'double' what it actually cost if they bothered to check. No mention conveniently of how WELL it was packed given I used a half roll of bubble! There WAS no paperwork, tag, box or UPC sticker when purchased new so not sure why or how it was expected when it never existed to begin with! I am NOTHING but polite but will NOT be taken advantage of by those wishing to cut corners and be cheap!
