Terms of Sale
By submitting or accepting an offer, or by clicking the Buy It Now
button, you agree to the following terms:
Buyers will contact sellers by phone within 24 hours after auction has ended
to confirm sale and make payment and transport arrangements. All
vehicles may be advertised in other venues on the Internet or in print, and
therefore may be subject to prior sale. We will terminate all
auctions as soon as we are notified of a sale.
Buyer is responsible to pay a 10% deposit within 48
HOURS, by bank wire transfer or cashiers check. If a deposit is
not received in time, we reserve the right to re-list the item for sale.
We reserve the right to seek financial reimbursement for time and fees incurred
and may leave negative feedback or file Non-Paying Bidder complaints, as
we deem appropriate. The seller must receive full payment within 7 days unless
other arrangements are made.
Ask all questions before bidding. National Vehicle
Marketing is a third-party and is not responsible for any accidental misrepresentation
of any vehicle for sale due to typographical error. If you have questions
regarding the accuracy or representation of a vehicle, please contact us
immediately. Those auctions containing errors will be re-listed with
corrected information. We reserve the right to end an auction at our discretion.
All Inspections should be done PRIOR to bidding and/or the auction
end.
National Vehicle Marketing does not participate in the sale of any
vehicle. All vehicles are offered for sale by private parties. National
Vehicle Marketing does not collect any monies from buyers whatsoever or from
sellers after the sale is complete. All payment arrangements must be
made between private parties and/or their designated financial institutions. Buyers
are responsible for sales tax and registration in their home state. Buyers
are responsible for arranging shipping and any travel or fuel costs associated
with taking possession of the vehicle.
National Vehicle Marketing does not own any vehicles or inventory any vehicles but strictly acts as an eBay listing service
acting on behalf of the seller of the vehicles. All vehicles sold as-is
and no warranties are in any way implied unless specifically stated in the
auction details.
We advise sellers to accept ONLY cash, cashiers checks, money orders, and bank
wire transfers. Questions about these terms should be addressed to National
Vehicle Marketing prior to submitting offers.
