Seller sent ME an offer, I accepted & paid immediately. I then received a refund & an excuse from the seller that eBay had messed up & that she couldn’t sell the item at the price in the offer. I do not recommend this seller as I feel she should have honored the sale since she was the one who made the error…not me or eBay! If I could give her ZERO stars, I would.
