| A:As stated in all of our listings all sales are final. The sizes listed are standard manufacturers sizes. Please be sure of your size before purchasing. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:We do combine multiple items at a discounted shipping rate. After you make your purchases and before you complete checkout and pay we can send you a combined invoice with a total for your purchases including combined shipping. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We ship all US items Priority Mail the business day after receiving payment and sizing information if needed. We do not have tracking numbers available. We can not guarantee an arrival date. Priority Mail typically takes 2-3 business days anywhere in the US. This is quoted by the US Postal Service but again cannot be guaranteed. |
| Q:Can I come to your store and pick up this item? |

| A:All of our Ebay Items must be shipped. Our company does have a retail store located in Hillsborough, NC, but the inventory in this store is separate from the items offered on eBay. |
| Q:What forms of Payment do you accept? |

| A:We prefer to receive all payments via PayPal as it speeds up the shipping process, however, we will also accept Money Orders if buyer prefers. We DO NOT accept personal checks as a form of payment. |
| Q:I do not see the size I need, do you have my size? |

| A:PLEASE READ We list ALL of the sizes & styles we have available on Ebay. If you do not see the size you need in a particular style we do NOT have it at this time. Asking for a style and size that is not listed in my eBay store will prevent me from efficiently answering questions that are not already answered by this FAQ page. |

This will explain how to take measurements to determine what size you need to purchase. Please keep in mind that every tuxedo will fit different depending on the style and brand. Buyer is responsible for accurate measurements |
| Q:Do you ship items internationally? |

| A:We do ship items internationally. We ship USPS Priority Mail International to Canada and USPS Express Mail International to the rest of the world. If you would like an international shipping quote just let us know the items you are interested in and where you are located. |
| Q:Are there any additional fees associated with international orders? |

| A:Some countries charge an import tax that is not covered by the purchase price of the item or by the shipping fee that you have paid to Formalwear Outlet by Monkeysuits. We have no control over these fees. It is up to each individual customs office to determine the cost and purpose of the fees. |
| Q:Will you make substitutions if I require something other than what you have listed? |

| A:Winning a bid or using Buy It Now means you intend to pay for the item as described. I am charged fees to list items & when they sell. I ask buyers to choose items that are the size, color, & style they desire. Please only buy items from my listings that you want as they are described, as I do not make substitutions. |
