In Australia, no customer will ever pay more than $5.50 for postage on cosmetics no matter how much they buy, so go ahead and shop 'til you drop - it won't cost you a fortune for your securely packaged order to be delivered to you!

For any package whose value before shipping is over $50, $2.90 will be added on for insurance. This will cover you for any loss or breakage by Australia Post.

Express delivery is also available for a flat rate of $10 and all express packages will be shipped on the day payment is received if you pay before noon on a business day. If not, it will go out the next business day. Please be aware that I am in country NSW and we do not have guaranteed next day delivery for express packages.

Great care is taken in packaging here at the fountain. We always use bubble bags or satchels with plenty of extra padding if necessary. Should you require a box for your order, that is available but will entail an extra charge. Please contact us for the details.
