Payment Policy

Currently, I accept Paypal (preferred) and cashier checks/money orders.

Note: You can pay using credit cards and personal checks through Paypal (at no cost to you).

The high bidder must make contact with the seller (us) within the first 2 days. If no payment or contact is made within the first 2 days, I reserve the right to re-list or offer to second highest bidder.

Payment must be received within 5 days of the end of the auction.

Seller is not responsible for lost or damaged items that were not insured by the Buyer if not specifically noted in shipping instructions that insurance is included.

Shipping Policy

I primarily ship to the United States and Canada; therefore, I will only include their shipping costs. If you reside outside of the U.S. or Canada and are interested in an item, send me an E-bay message.

All orders will be shipped within 2 normal postal business days (Monday thru Saturday) upon receipt of payment. We are E-bay shoppers as well, so we appreciate the desire for "instant gratification."

All items will be shipped via the method outlined in their respective listings. Many listings will have multiple options that will allow you to upgrade the shipping method to ensure the item gets to you in a shorter amount of time.

Return/Exchange Policy

We will accept returns/exchanges as long as we are contacted within 7 days of the shipment. If the item is being returned/exchanged due to a mistake on our part (i.e. wrong size was shipped), please send us a note or E-bay message with the amount of postage and we will send a refund check when we send the correct item. Be sure to return the item using First Class Mail (packages 13 ounces or less) or Parcel Post (packages over 13 ounces).

If the item is being returned or exchanged due to the buyer changing their mind or the item not fitting properly, it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for the return shipping. If it is an exchange, we will pay for the cost to ship the new item back to you. In order to avoid paying for postage, we advise that you send us an E-bay message requesting additional measurements prior to ordering. We have performed this service for many of our customers and will be happy to do it for you.

Shipping Costs/Discounts

The S&H charges are set in the listing. If you purchase multiple items, the shipping discount is based on the shipping method you selected. The following are the various shipping methods and their related shipping discounts:

First Class & Parcel Post Shipments

Add an additional $3.00 to the highest shipping price for each additional item.

For Example, if you ordered 3 items with shipping costs of $7, $7, and $5. You would change the shipping cost to be $13 (which would equal $7 (highest shipping cost) plus $3 each for the two additional items.

Priority Mail Shipments

Add an additional $4.00 to the highest shipping price for each additional item.

For Example, if you ordered 3 items with shipping costs of $7, $7, and $5. You would change the shipping cost to be $15 (which would equal $7 (highest shipping cost) plus $4 each for the two additional items.

Express Delivery Shipments

Add an additional $9.00 to the highest shipping price for each additional item.

For Example, if you ordered 3 items with Express Delivery costs of $20, $20, and $18. You would change the shipping cost to be $38 (which would equal $20 (highest shipping cost) plus $9 each for the two additional items.

Company Background

Four Guys & A Chick, Inc.? Strange name, eh? My wife and I have three children - all of which are boys. The boys and I represent the "Four Guys" and my wife is the "Chick." My wife left her job of 19 years in 2006 to become a stay-at-home mom. During her time at home, we dabbled with selling some items around the house on E-bay to pay for school items and activities. Before long, we decided to expand the scope of our "experiment" and Four Guys & A Chick, Inc. was born.
