I asked for shipping insurance for the Lionel ZW transformer. The seller acknowledged that and insured the package. The unit arrived damaged/inoperative. I returned the unit to the seller, who in turn shipped me another ZW transformer in very good condition. Seller reimbursed me for the cost of shipping the damaged unit back. I would buy from this seller again because he handles good stuff, and also allows returns.
