Avoid Problems Paying For Your Item
We prefer to payment via PayPal but will accept payment via mail.
Remit to:
Floyd Snyder
947 E. Tunnell St.
Santa Maria, CA 93454
We all want to get paid in on a timely bases but we also understand that not everyone is ready to make payment instantaneously. We have no problem with that. In fact we are more then willing to work with anyone that needs time to decide exactly how they want to make payment. If this be the case, all we ask is that we be notified immediately upon the close of sale what you intentions are.
Payment Reminders and Unpaid Item Diputes
If you chose to pay by mail a simple email to Floyd@FrameHouseGallery.com is all we ask to let us know that.
If we do not hear form you in a few days we will automatically shoot you off a reminder. On the 7th day, if we still have not heard form you we will open an Unpaid Item Dispute.
That does not mean that we are being impatient with you or that we are upset. We do this because this is the recommendation by eBay. We also do it to protect the process for recovering the seller fees in the rare occasion where we do not get paid.
PayPal vs Payment by regular mail.
To date, we have had no problems with PayPal.
Zero, none, zippo... not one glitch.
On the other hand, we have had a number of payments by mail that have never reached us.
Also remember that we do not ship until we receive payment. Receiving payment means the day the money is cleared in our bank account, not the day we get the check or the day eBay marks it paid. There is usually a 3-5 day waiting period for funds to settle. This will be in addition to the time it takes for your check to reach us via mail.
Please be aware of this delay and plan accordingly when making purchases for gifting.
Also remember that if you pay by check to PayPal there is also a waiting period for funds to settle.
If you are looking for the fastest, and so far what has proven to be the safest way of making payment, you should consider opening a regular PayPal account.
