When we ship: Orders are shipped within 10 BUSINESS days of payment clearing. Because we customize with frame options we need this lead time. We do not ship on national holidays & they are also counted as a business day. You will receive an email from USPS or
Fed-Ex the day your package ships.

(Home delivery) depending on the size & weight of your final order.
Transit
Time: You will receive your order within
1-5 business days of
when the item ships depending on where you are located. See
below for a Fed-Ex transit map that gives an estimation of how many days it
will take to ship from our location, Michigan.
Damaged or Lost order: We
use professional packaging material to protect your art during shipment. If for any reason your order gets damaged or lost in transit please contact us immediately. We will replace your item at no cost
to you once a claim with the carrier has been made.
Other: Please provide us with an accurate physical address.
Fed-Ex does not ship to post office boxes. Not providing us with this will delay your order being sent. Also,
we ship to the shipping address you choose during check out through ebay--if you
do not go through check out we ship to the address you have listed in your ebay
account. If an order is returned due to a wrong or undeliverable address you will have to pay the shipping cost again.
