Shipping Policies:
- We ship Fast! We pride ourselves on superfast shipping!
- We
ship every day, including Saturday, and
promise to ship your item within 24 hours of cleared payment. If payment
clears before 12 noon EST,
we will make every effort to process and ship your item that same day.
- Except
when the PO is closed of course. If that 24 hour period falls on
a day where the post office is closed, we will ship your item on the day
postal service resumes.
- We
Ship to P.O. Boxes. We will make sure to ship your
item via USPS if we see you have a P.O. Box. No need to worry about your PO
not accepting your shipment.
- We
ship to APO/DPO
and FPO. Thank you for your service. We
are happy to accommodate you.
- Sorry,
but no international shipping. We do not ship outside of the United
States nor to unconfirmed addresses.
Questions requesting international shipping will just not be answered.
- Shipping
surcharge may apply. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto
Rico, APO,
FPO, Guam may require an additional
shipping charge. Usually when this happens, it is on heavy items.
- Paypal addresses only. We can only ship to addresses
provided to us by paypal.
Payment Policies:
- Paypal Only. Per eBay Rules, only payment via Paypal
is accepted. All major credit cards can be processed through Paypal without needing a paypal
account.
- Payment
is expected within 24 hours of end of auction.
- Please
let us KNOW! If you are having
problems processing your payment in a timely matter, please email us and
let us know, so we do not mistake you for a non paying bidder.
- Slow
payment may result in item becoming unavailable. Item
may be relisted at sellers discretion if payment is
not received within 3 days. If your item is relisted due to non-payment you
agree to release seller from obligation to deliver and promptly agree to
eBay’s transaction cancellation process so seller may recover eBay fees
for the unconsummated transaction. Your bid represents your
agreement with these terms.
- eCheck Slows
down the process. Please note: Many people
do not realize eCheck takes
several days to clear and instructs sellers specifically not to send items
until payment is cleared. If you want super fast shipping, please do not
pay by eCHECK!
Return Policies for items offering returns:
It
is our goal to make every customer a happy repeat customer and we will work our
hardest to try to resolve any problem you may have with your purchase.
We appreciate, in
advance, you taking the time to be familiar with the item you are purchasing
from us and respecting our return policies detailed below:
1) Return shipping is to be paid by buyer.
2) Buyer must contact us first for a return approval code. Only actual purchase
price of the item is eligible for refund. Opened electronics incur a 20%
restocking fee. We do not refund our original shipping or insurance charges
unless the return was necessitated by us shipping you the wrong item.
3) Please send everything back in its original condition. All
original parts, pieces and packaging must be returned undamaged or a refund
cannot be issued.
4) Photographs of condition and serial numbers are taken
before shipment and will be matched to the item returned.
Any return of items not matching serial number or condition originally sent
will not be returned or refunded and will be reported to postal authorities.
