Payment and shipping options may vary on individual items.
We strive to offer 5-star service and ship within 2 business days of sale. We try to offer the most affordable shipping available for our customers. We do not charge a handling fee of more than 25 cents, unless mentioned specifically in the item’s description. Unless stated directly in the item description, shipping rates should be available to you via a rate calculator on the item’s page.
We estimate packed weight of items, unless they are “pick-up only” items, prior to listing them for sale. We are always happy to combine items, when possible, so that your shipping costs will be less.
You may be able to save significantly on shipping charges for heavier items if you live in the upper Midwest. Spee-Dee Delivery often affords great savings on shipping of heavier items for our customers in Wisconsin, Northern Illinois, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, and Iowa.
We accept Paypal and money orders. We are happy to accept checks from established customers. Payments should be in US funds. Please remember that if you are paying by e-check, that we do not mail the item until funds have cleared through your paypal account.
Wisconsin Residents will be charged 5.5% sales tax.
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you put the words ‘Return policy’ in the subject line, your email will get priority attention. We will be happy to refund the purchase price in full upon successful return of the item in “as sold” condition.
We welcome international customers. Please note that payment for your purchases should be in US funds. Some items that we are selling may not be available to you because of international trade laws.
We will not falsify customs forms and please know that we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs inspections.
Items sold as pick-up only
Some of our items are too large or fragile to ship reasonably and are listed as “Pick-up Only” at our Shawano, Wisconsin shop. We do have loading equipment to assist on site.
Some of our customers, even though they are a distance away have expressed interest in some of the “pick-up only” items. We are happy to try to accommodate freight or trucking arrangements that you make, but note that there may be a significant charge if we must crate or deliver to a freight terminal.
