I paid for super heavy duty tie outs. I received light duty tie outs, which are much weaker and cheaper. I contacted the seller a week ago and received no response. I attached a picture showing my old heavy duty tie outs and the new light duty tie outs. There is a clear difference.

Seller sent the wrong product. It only has one of the tightening bars not 2. When I contacted the seller I did not get a response. The seller also waited to ship the product until I asked for the tracking a week after I ordered it, long after it was supposed to be delivered. I chose this seller due to positive reviews however I do not recommend using this seller!
