Shipping Policies
Our shipping charges include postage, packing materials and containers (boxes, envelopes, bubble wrap, craft paper, etc.). We charge a very modest .50 handling fee per transaction. ( Not $1 - $10 like most other sellers) No hidden costs.
We try very hard to get all items shipped within one week of payment, often within a day or two. Please understand that handmade items may take a little longer as we usually make them to order.
Packages under 13 ounces are shipped USPS First Class Mail. Packages over 13 ounces are shipped USPS Parcel Post, Priority Mail, or Express Mail. If you are needing your item to be shipped within a certain time frame or through a different carrier, please e-mail us to let us know.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping.
Please get insurance! Once we place an item in the mail we have no control over how long it takes to get to you. If it has been more than 10 days since we notified you that your item was shipped and you have not received it, please let us know. The Post Office is not infalable, but items do usually get to their destination eventually.
We charge actual shipping cost for all multiple item purchases, based on weight and destination. If you are purchasing more than one item from our auctions or store, please e-mail us for a combined total before completing check-out. Multiple items purchased/won within a 7-day period will be shipped together as one lot to save you on shipping costs (must be paid for in a single payment).
Just shop all you like, then, when you are finished, request a total and we will send you a combined invoice with corrected shipping.
*There are several countries that will not permit herbs or other agricultural items to be imported. Please check to make sure your country will allow agricultural items before buying. This information is usually available through your local postal service. If you cannot find out, e-mail us and we will attempt to find out for you.
We are always happy to include a gift note! Please let us know via e-mail if the item/s you have purchased are intended as a gift (we will leave out the invoice) and we will include a gift note for you.
