VINTAGE 101

Here at Frisky Frocks we sell only Vintage of the Highest Quality. I personally pick every item that is listed and my general rule of thumb is to never list anything that I would not be willing to wear myself. If an item does have flaws, these will be described in detail in the listing. We are a non-smoking home and all items are kept in a seperate Stock Room where our pets are never allowed entrance. However, as most of our items come from different homes and Era's, sometimes they may have mild residual smells such as perfume, pipe, etc.....only things that can be eliminated w/laundering or drycleaning. We hardly ever sell anything with a strong Moth Ball smell (this is one that is just too hard to rid of) and if something has been stored with moth balls, it will always be noted prominently in the listing. The majority of our items are already laundered or drycleaned before they are ever shipped, so usually they are extremely fresh smelling, however if you have severe allergies or would like to inquire about a particular item in regards to this, please contact me and I will be happy to inspect this for you. Please also bare in mind that some items may have some wrinkling and will need pressed before wearing (or drycleaning, depending on the fabric). In regards to size, PLEASE make sure that an item will fit you before you bid. I offer very detailed measurements and it is not fair to me to have to go the trouble and time of refunding and recouping commission fees just because a person didn't bother to pay attention to the sizing. I really appreciate your care in this! I am the sole Owner and Operator of this business, licensed by the State Of Florida, and have one Part-Time Contracted person who does all of my packaging and shipping. She does a spectacular job and will make sure that your item/s arrive in wonderful condition and as quickly as possible. Of course, neither one of us can control the USPS, so I highly recommend Insurance on higher priced items or larger orders. I've never had a U.S. order lost, however there is always a first time...I offer Optional Insurance and think it should be considered for any monetary amount that a customer can not afford to lose.
