• Paypal is the ONLY payment method we accept. (e-Checks must clear before shipment)
• Duty/Customs tax is the responsibility of the buyer. 
• If you are a winner of multiple auctions please wait for a confirmation email from us before sending in payment.  We will weigh your package and get a total COMBINED shipping cost for you.
• *** Note *** To Italian customers, unfortunately due to the high risk of loss shipping to Italy, Italian customers are required to purchase tracking on all orders, and purchase insurance on all orders over $40. If you cannot comply with this request please do not bid/buy.***
• We are not responsible for damage/lost/stolen items once they are shipped from our location.  If this a concern, please purchase insurance.
• Please take a moment to leave us a positive feedback and we will surely do the same for you immediately.
• We are determined to resolve any problems! Please give us the opportunity to help you, remember, we are always here to solve the problem, not to create more.
• Any customer that leaves negative/neutral feedback WITHOUT giving us the opportunity to resolve the problem will unfortunately receive negative feedback in return.
• We try as best as possible to have all items stocked in our store ready to ship.  If for some reason we are out of stock on a particular item, we will try and fill your order within 48hrs.  If this isnt possible, a refund or substitution may be given with prior agreement from the buyer.
• We usually try and process orders within 24-48hrs after payment is received.  If for some reason we cannot complete your order within a reasonable amount of time we will contact you.
• We are shipping from Japan so please allow for the necessary shipping time.  Usually during the holidays some shipments may be slower than usual.
• We process and ship orders Mon-Sat. No Sunday or Holiday (special) day shipping.
