Frosty-Freeze A/C Products Company & Retailers in Wisconsin will be able to begin selling refrigerant (R134a) for motor vehicles in less-than-15-pound containers effective April 12th, 2012.
We are pleased that with the enactment of this law, Wisconsin car owners will once again have the choice on whether they have their vehicle serviced by a professional or to do the work themselves.
WARNING
Federal Law provides that ONLY the following can purchase Certain Refrigerants.
(1) E.P.A. Certified Refrigerant Technicians under Section 608 or 609 of the United States Clean Air Act.
(2) Purchasers of Refrigerant for Resale to Certified Refrigerant Technicians.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
The products we sell containing refrigerant are classified under the Hazard Class of Division 2.2, Non Flammable Gases.
They can legally be shipped with the United States Postal Service by "Parcel Post" or Ground Service only.
They cannot go thru the air or by Priority Mail.
The Package will be marked with the correct D.O.T. approved labels which may read, "ORMD CONSUMER COMMODITY".
These product's were designed by the manufacturer for the "end user" or the "Consumer".
U.S.P.S. Parcel Post is normally 4 to 10 days depending on many factors. This is the only legal way to ship these item's with the United States Postal Service.
All orders are shipped with Delivery Confirmation and all orders are Insured.
"INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING" ON ANY PRODUCT CONTAINING REFRIGERANT IS "NOT ALLOWED" BY THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE.
621.3 ORM–D Materials
The ORM–D classification is unique within domestic commerce in the United States and is not recognized in international commerce. Hazardous materials that are mailable in domestic mail as ORM–D materials are prohibited in the international mail.
Mailpieces containing hazardous materials for delivery to overseas military post office (APO/FPO) addresses are required to meet the standards that apply for shipping hazardous materials in international mail.
