Shipping ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

How long will it take to get my items?

Most of our orders ship within 1 business day of receiving your payment. Occasionally, some orders may take a little longer. Items are shipped out of Illinois. Deliveries usually take 2-6 days, depending on your location.

Will I receive a tracking number once my item ships?

Yes. Items are picked, packed and placed in the shipper’s truck throughout the day. We will upload your tracking information into eBay. On occasion, some tracking numbers may take 24 hours to fully register in the Shipper’s tracking system.

Can I change the shipping address after I placed the order?

We only ship to your PayPal Verified address that is sent to us at the time of checkout. If you need to revise your shipping address please visit the FedEx website with the tracking number we provided you. There you are able to revise the shipping address yourself.

What states do you ship to?

All of our items ship to the lower 48 United States. Some of our items can be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii for an additional fee. For more information, please see the Shipping Information in the listing of the item you’re interested in.

Do you ship internationally?

Some of our items do ship internationally. Please note that the buyer is responsible for any and all import/duties fees and taxes that may apply to the order. To see where this item ships to, please see the Shipping Information section above. Please note that all electrical items are US 110V.

Do you ship to Post Office box, APO, or FPOs?

Since most of our items are shipped with FedEx or UPS, we are unable to deliver to these locations.

Where is my item?

When we ship your items we send an email to the email address you have on file with eBay. Please make sure that your eBay contact information is up-to-date before making your purchase. If you did not receive your tracking information, please contact us.

Can I cancel my order?

Since our focus is on Fast Shipping, items are picked, packed and placed on the truck almost immediately after you place your order. We cannot cancel the order once the item is on the truck. If we are able to cancel your order before it’s placed on the truck we will. You will also need to agree to the Cancellation of Transaction E-mail that is sent to you by eBay that says that both parties have agreed to cancel this transaction. The E-mail sent by eBay is sent to the E-mail address you have on file with eBay.

Can I get a discount?

Sorry, but the prices we have listed are the lowest we currently offer.

Why haven’t you responded to my email?

We work hard to respond to all emails within 1 business day or less. If you did not receive a response, either we did not receive your email or our response may be stuck in your spam folder.

How can I pay for my item?

Our preferred method of payment is via PayPal. You can make your PayPal payment immediately after clicking the Buy It Now.

 

Returns and Exchanges ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

How do I return an item I've purchased?

Items can be returned within 14-days of the original purchase. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before being sent back to our warehouse. Please click here to contact us to obtain an RMA number and return address. Per our policy as listed on eBay, the buyer pays for the shipping back to us.

Is there a restocking fee for my returned item?

No. Unlike other stores we will not charge you a restocking fee.
