Customer Service
& Return Policy		   All returns must receive prior approval and an RA number in order to be accepted by our warehouse. Any package returned without an RA number will be refused by our warehouse. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Full Compass reserves the right to charge a minimum restocking fee of 15% on all non-defective returns depending on the condition of the item. RA numbers expire 30 days after issuance, if the item is not returned within 30 days the item is no longer eligible for return.
