If you have found that your item has been damaged please fill out the UPS Damaged Claims form.  In order to expedite your damage claim, we request that you fill out the UPS Damaged Claims form in its entirety. The UPS damaged claims form is the absolute best way to claim your damaged order because you can state clearly what exactly is damaged and request UPS to send another item from Fun Light Company.

Please includes the cost that you paid for the item on the form.

From here, we will receive notification that UPS has damaged your item and we will be notified that your item will need to be shipped out again.  Please notify us after you have sent in the damaged claim to UPS with the receipt of your claim and we will process your new item immediately.
