Q:  What methods of payment do you accept? 

A:  We accept all major credit cards via PayPal, Money Order, Cashiers Check, and Cash.  Our PayPal address is sales@funlightco.com.  We discourage sending cash in the mail and the sender is liable for any loss.  Please notify us at email address above for any non-PayPal payment so there will be no delay on your order.

Q:  How do I combine shipping?

A:  The easiest way to receive the shipping discount is to use eBay Checkout. There is a fantastic tutorial that can be found here.

Q:  Can I pay with a credit card?

A:  You can use your credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) at PayPal.

Q:  Do I have to use eBay checkout?

A:  Yes. Using eBay checkout will speed up your order process and will ensure accuracy and enable you to receive discounted shipping on multiple items.

Q:  Do you sell to International customers?

A:  Yes, any location outside of 48 continuous United States, Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii, we would like you to send us an Email at sales@funlightco.com with the item(s) you are interested and your shipping address so we can calculate best and cheapest S&H rate for you.

Q:  Do you sell wholesale lots?

A:  Yes, please make an order request to our sales department at sales@funlightco.com and be sure to include the item (s) name and quantity that you wish to purchase, and your shipping address.  Our sales team will accurately calculate the best deal for your order, and will work with you to set up transaction.

Q:  How long does it take for my Email to be answered?

A:  Our customer service department will usually respond to Emails within 24 hours.  We make sure that all customers receive responses by the following business day.

Q:  Will I be able to track my shipment?

A:  We will send you an Email with tracking number once we shipped the order.  It usually take 24 hours for us to pack and ship the item after payment received and cleared.
