We deliver within 48 continuous United States.  If you live outside of the 48 mainland states and like to know your shipping costs, please Email us at sales@funlightco.com our customer service specialist will find the best and cheapest rate for you.

• We combine shipping.  If you won more than 1 item and would like to take advantage of shipping discount, please wait for our Invoice with correct shipping charge in 24 hours of item closing.
• Shipping costs will be paid by the buyer, and will be calculated individually for each item. 
• Shipments are automatically protected against loss or damage up to $100.
• Order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours after payment is received and cleared.
• We select the best way to ship our package via either UPS or USPS.  (UPS the most cases.  You will get tracking # for either way.)

If the item you have received is defective, contact us within the 7 days and we will replace the defective item for you.  Specific terms are:

• For defective or wrong item shipped, must contact us at sales@funlightco.com to obtain a RMA number.
• Returns without RMA number will subject to a 25% restocking fee.
• All defective items will be replaced as soon as return has been received.
• For damaged item upon receive, please follow Damage Claim section. 

Return Procedures

For all returns, please send an Email to sales@funlightco.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  Merchandise should be carefully packed to prevent any losses or damages in transit.  Merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging with the original packing slip and print out of the Email we send you with the RMA number.  All RMA numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days from their original date of issue.
