We use the cheapest shipping method, Hong Kong USPS First Class Post Office Air Mail, to save our valued customers on shipping charge, so the shipment cannot be tracked.

Usually our customers will receive their items within 8-14 business days (that is 2-3 weeks)after we sent you the shipping notification, but since this involve international shipping, a few customers receive their items after more than 14 business days, most probably because the items were held at the customs for inspection. Some countries are very strict when receiving items from other countries, such as Uk, Malaysia, France, Italy, Spain, etc. That is why some of you receive your items late, and this is beyond our control.

In case if you have not received your items within 14 business days after your items are shipped, we seek your cooperation to wait another 2 weeks for your items to arrive, then if still not received, pls contact us again as we will refund your money 100% including shipping and handling charge, you have nothing to lose but we lost money because we have shipped the items to you. Why you have to wait another 2 weeks? This is to make sure your items really lost in transit. Anyway if you cannot wait any longer you can request us to refund immediately, we will refund your money, and then if you receive your item later, it depends on you to send us back the money or not. We just hope you will be honest with us.

We also do offer faster shipping method via FedEx, which takes less than 1 week to arrive, but very costly. Its $35 for the 1st item and $3 for additional. But if you are ordering 30 purse hooks we can offer $40 fedex shipping. We really dont think this method is worth it if you buy just a few items but if you spend more than $450 we can give you free shipping via FedEx.
