The computer arrived at my residence in a well-packed box and every part of it including its dvd drive worked without a hitch. It looks almost new and $99 for it was a bargain. When I unpacked the box, I had a minor question to the seller, funtechtoy, and they answered it immediately. All in all, they have done an excellent job.
The earlier complaint I raised was addressed to eBay (not funtechtoy) as they kept asking me to write my feedback while I was still waiting for it to come to my door.

PC arrived in 3 days via Fed Ex & was safely packed for shipment. I was surprised by the size yet I had seen these type of PC's at the V A Hospital. Hookup was simple & ready to run. The OS was what I ordered so I could use older disks I still had such as Photo-Shop 5.0 lite that I do for graphic touchups. Not sure why Fire-Fox was installed as it & Internet explorer do not recognize for XP OS. The i5 processor allows for a quick response. Quite satisfied with my order & this seller
