All of our items are posted as standard using either via Royal Mail 1st class recorded or 1st class with certificate of postage. You can usually expect delivery of your item within 1-2 working days of postage although Royal Mail do not guarantee this.
If you require a guaranteed delivery you must opt for Royal Mail Special delivery or Parcelforce 24.
If you have not received your item within 5 working days it is likely that Royal Mail have attempted to deliver while you were out and it is being held at your local sorting office. We apologise on behalf of Royal Mail if they have not left a calling card under these circumstances.
Royal Mail special next working day/Saturday special delivery is available at extra cost. For Saturday special deliveries we recommend you contact us on 0161 660 5696 to check availability and price.
Parcelforce 24 is a next day delivery service and is offered at a flat rate of £8.95 for any number of items up to a maximum of 30Kg (Maximum parcel length 1.5m and 3m maximum length and girth combined).
Note: This price does not apply to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and other offshore dependencies.
Customers living in these areas should contact us to confirm the Parcelforce price and details before ordering. Any orders received from these areas without first contacting us will be sent using an alternative standard postal service.
Combined Postage is available for more than one item. Select ask seller for total at checkout and we will send you a revised invoice with combined postage.
All of our items are posted either via Royal Mail Airsure (where available) or an alternative Royal Mail delivery service.
Please allow 7 to 10 days for your item to arrive.
General Delivery Information
We aim to post your item as early as possible after receipt of payment usually within 24 hours.
Orders placed after 1pm on Friday through to Sunday will not be posted until Monday.
Orders placed after 1pm on Friday through to Sunday requesting the next day delivery service will not be delivered until the following Tuesday.
Whilst we make every effort to post items promptly we can't be held responsible for failures or delays in the postal service.
Unless otherwise advised we will ship your order to the Paypal registered address. Customers using any other method of payment will have their orders shipped to their eBay registered address unless otherwise advised. If you require delivery to an alternative address you MUST confirm this via eBay messages. Important! Any note attached to an invoice or order will not be accepted as a request for change of delivery address unless it is confirmed through eBay messages.
For security we do not ship to PO Box addresses.
We always send an email confirming dispatch of your order. If you have not received a dispatch confirmation email please check your spam filter and that your ebay email address is up to date.
Items are not classed as being lost by Royal Mail until 15 working days after dispatch.
Refunds will not be given to customers for items that have not been delivered in time unless they have paid for a guaranteed service.
We try to keep our postage charges as low as possible.
We also like to keep our customers informed of how we calculate postage charges. Typically postage charges include the following:
1. Cost of picking the item from stock.
2. Cost of packing the item including materials.
3. Printing of postage labels including materials.
4. Royal Mail postage charges at current rate.
5. VAT at the current rate.
Please consider this when providing seller ratings for postage charges.
If you are comparing our postage charges to other eBay sellers please check that they are providing the same postage service and they are registered as a business. It is a common misunderstanding that postage charges are excluding VAT. This is only true when purchased directly from Royal Mail etc. Any other business charging postage and packing must add VAT at 20% (correct as of January 2011).
