Our products are dispatched via Royal Mail Parcels, 1st class post. All items purchased & paid for prior to 4pm will be dispatched the same day. We retain proof of postage for every item and this can be forwarded to you in the event of a claim. We accept returns, providing the item is returned in the same condition & packaging as dispatched. We do not cover "any" return postage costs, this is the responsibility of the customer. |
