| A:In general we ask to allow 2-4 weeks for delivery on furniture orders. Smaller accessory items are generally delivered within 10-15 business days. Once the order has been shipped we will email you the tracking information. |

| A:All items are brand new and constructed with a variety of materials, such as solid hardwoods, veneers, plywood construction, MDF or other engineered wood construction where appropriate. |

| A:We do provide in home delivery for orders within the Greater Phoenix, AZ area where we deliver personally. All out of state shipments shipped via ground carrier (i.e. UPS) are brought to your door and freight shipments for larger packages are delivered curbside. |
