If you choose Priority Mail option, your order ships by insured Priority mail with delivery confirmation in one to five business days, or as specified on each listing, unless our part of Alabama is under Tornado Watch or Warning (or vacation flag is up).
We do our best to ship within one business day regardless.
It is our goal to be the fastest service on eBay.

is by appointment only, same price as Priority mail
We charge everyone everywhere in the U.S.A. the same price. Fair for one is fair for all.
No unfair surcharges to HI, AK or P.R. and the price is also the same to any APO or the U. S. Virgin Islands.

Slow Go Items;
"Slow Go" items are shipped in 20 business days or less.
We do this on very few items; and, we specify this option so as to be able to provide special, labor intensive and time consuming packaging and handling for certain items, for the most part to prevent breakage.
We reserve the right to substitute the carrier of our choice on items with FREE shipping.

Final Inspection
Should your item not pass our final inspection prior to shipping, due to unforseen circumstances, such as breakage or any other flaw previously undetected, there might be a slight delay, or a full refund. We do not knowingly ship items that fall below our high standards. Please see under Terms of Sale for details.

Breakage in Transit
Should your item arrive broken or damaged, you must file an insurance claim as per instructions in our terms of sale, no exceptions.
Please
contact us by calling our tell free number 1 - 800 - 697 - 5806 if there is breakage, so that we may assist you.
We might require two to six weeks, as per Federal Law, to replace an item unless we have no stock on hand that is identical. No substitutes will be made without the prior written consent of the buyer, unless item is specified as brand our choice. If the item can not be replaced because it is unique or unavailable, we reserve the right to issue a refund if we choose to do so, such refund making the sale null and void, seller held blameless.

Availability
Almost all of our items are ready for immediate shipment by us. In a very few cases, such as coffee, etc. we have to have the item shipped from a different facility or warehouse that meets standards of Alabama Law or the U.S.D.A. or O.S.H.A. WHERE APPLICABLE. Such items will be identified in the item description, or the zip code provided. Geraldine, Alabama zip code is 35974 and most items are shipped from there. If the item description contains the phrase "subject to ... availability" that means that in rare cases, the final inspection clause applies, and we reserve the right to refund in full, making the sale null and void, seller held blameless.
