ALL ITEMS RETURNED MUST BE RETURNED within the specified time AT THE EXPENSE OF THE BUYER BY TRACEABLE, INSURED DELIVERY TO THE ADDRESS THE ITEM WAS SHIPPED FROM. ITEM MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING CARTON AND SEALED PACKAGING, UNBROKEN AND UNUSED. SHIPPING DAMAGE MUST BE REPORTED immediately TO US and to the carrier IMMEDIATELY ON DELIVERY AND A CLAIM FILED WITH THE CARRIER by the BUYER; BUYER TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FILING CLAIM. Buyer is responsible for returning broken items and to comply with U.S.P.S. REGULATIONS, which are applicable to, and included in, all terms of sale. Items specified NO RETURN may not be returned, and no refund will be made, this applies to all wiring devices especially. PURCHASE CERTIFIES THE FOLLOWING: BUYER AGREES TO ALL TERMS OF SALE; BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ALL APPLICABLE TAXES OTHER THAN ALABAMA SALES OR USE TAX, as per Code of Alabama; ALL TRANSACTIONS are wholesale as per the Code of Alabama; and, ARE ONLY ACTIONABLE IN DISTRICT COURT OF DeKALB CO. So called SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGE IS NOT RECOVERABLE, AS IT IS A SERVICE and labor CHARGE for purposes of Alabama law, and NOT ACTUAL postage cost; this is the reason for the 30% restocking charge. Items purchased that are not paid within time specified by default settings will be filed as an unpaid item with eBay and those payments that do not clear are considered unpaid. Unpaid items or purchases not paid for in a timely manner are forfeited and therefore buyer loses all rights under Alabama Law, and surrenders all protections and rights afforded by eBay and Pay Pal rules by ommision of payment; THE LATTER IS ALSO APPLICABLE to items that buyer refuses to pick up, or are undeliverable, items returned to us by the carrier as undeliverable shall be forfeited, and treated as an unpaid item, and buyer must pay so-called S&H or actual postage, whichever is greater, in order to claim item or have it reshipped should we opt to do so. Failure to remit payment also voids all rights to return products for any reason. We reserve the right to self-insure. PRODUCT MANUFACTURERS are solely responsible for ENFORCING THEIR FACTORY WARRANTIES. We  are not. YOU SHOULD ALSO SAVE YOUR INVOICE FROM EBAY, AS PROOF OF PURCHASE, AND HAVE A COPY TO SEND WITH ALL CORRESPONDENCE. ITEMS SOLD at a discount off original listed price or AT AUCTION ARE SOLD AS IS. If there is breakage, we reserve the right to replace the item, issue store merchandise credit, or to remit a refund, at our discretion, and promised delivery time is null and void . In which case, ALLOW TWO TO SIX WEEKS FOR DELIVERY, AS PER FEDERAL LAW APPLICABLE TO MAIL ORDER PURCHASES. We also reserve the right to issue a refund in full prior to shipping, if the item does not pass final inspection prior to shipping. Any such refund, which may be issued prior to shipment or after delivery, shall in effect make the sale null and void, seller to be held blameless. The above will also be applicable when the item is broken or damaged or can not be delivered in the condition specified in the item description, for the protection of the buyer and seller.
