only be shipped to a confirmed address. If you must ship to
another address other than your confirmed address, please contact us.

We ship Monday through Friday. Shipment
will be made within 1 business day of receiving payment or, in the event
of a Postal holiday, the first day that the Post Office is available for
business after receipt.
We Ship Worldwide: We routinely ship
overseas and we are familiar with the specific needs of international
mailing. We understand the options available and what it takes to get a
package safely delivered to you no matter where you reside.
We do leave feedback upon payment and we hope that
you will be kind enough to do the same when you receive your order. Please, if there is
any problem with your order we do ask that you be kind enough to contact us before leaving feedback.
While rare, we do sometimes make a mistake and we ask only that you give us an opportunity to correct
any error before deciding on the quality of our service.
At the top of every page we post is the
"If it's listed here, G2 has it, in stock, and ready to ship. Guaranteed."
What does this mean? Well simple enough, it means exactly what it
says. We believe strongly that you should not have to place an order
for an item you want only to find out that the item is not really
available. With that in mind, we created this guarantee, if we post
it, we have it in our hands right now, and ready to ship. We are not
aware of even one other online seller that makes this guarantee to its
customers (from the big non-eBay game sites right down to the smallest
eBay store, not one guarantees that it will have what it says it does).
The majority of them seem to believe that listing more, even when they do
not have the item, is better. We do not agree with this misleading
business practice at G2.
How seriously do we take this? Here's the guarantee: If you order an
item from G2 and we discover that we have mistakenly listed something that
we do not have available, we will refund any payment you made and give you
a store credit for an equal amount of the order value.
Say you order a $10.00 item with $3.00 shipping and pay for it with
Paypal. Then we discover that we made a mistake. We are going
to email you, tell you honestly that we made the mistake, and refund the
payment to you. We are then going to give you a store credit with us
of $13.00 to be used towards any order with us you like.
You can be assured; if G2 has it listed we have it in our hand, ready to
ship, right now. We actually guarantee it!
If for any reason you are not
completely satisfied with any product you purchase from g2ch, you may
return it in its original resalable condition within 30 days for a refund
of the item cost or store credit (your choice).
Resalable condition is defined as a game or item that can be sold again,
complete and undamaged. Shrink-wrap may be removed from game boxes, but
the returned game should be free of damage and have all parts needed to
play for the item to be considered resalable. Spines on new books should
still appear new with minimum creasing along the edges. Items returned in
non-resalable condition will be returned or renegotiated.
In short, if the item was opened and you decide this is not what you
thought then it is almost certainly going to be resalable so long as you
pack it with care when returning it to us. On the other hand, if the item
has been heavily used or abused then it is not going to be resalable as an
excellent condition used item for us. We may still take it back and offer
you a refund, but this will be less than the above rate. If there are any
doubts, please contact us.
Shipping cost, insurance, customs fees, and return shipping cost are not
refundable, except in the event where we are clearly responsible for the
Products returned in original resalable condition and postmarked within 30
days from the original shipping date are accepted for a refund of the item cost only in U.S. dollars.
Please send us a quick email notifying us of your intention to return an
item. This will help us expedite the process and get your refund to you
faster since we will be expecting the item’s arrival and know what to do
when it does get to us.
Please note that returns will not be accepted at all where it specifically
noted in the item description that this item is non-returnable (this is
rare and we typically only use this exception for materials such as
CD-ROMs, or other items that could be quickly copied).
Items returned damaged, missing parts, or not received due to carrier loss
are ineligible for refund. Returns postmarked 30 days after the shipping
date will not be accepted.
