 Q: What is your return policy?
  A: Our customers are our #1 priority and should you be unhappy with your purchase and would like a refund or exchange, please email us. We will accept returns if the item is unused, unworn and in its original packaging. We will accept returns within 5 business days. We cannot accept returns on panties due to health regulations.  Q: Do you combine shipping?
  A: We love to combine shipping. Only $ 2.00 extra on each additional item.
 Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
  A: We typically ship within 1 business day after your payment has been received and cleared.
 Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
  A: Shipping charges are kept to the lowest possible minimum. Please always consider how incredibly reasonable our prices are for our lingerie items. Thank you for your understanding. We also offer a great combined shipping discount to keep the price of shipping down to a minimum.
 Q: Do you ship internationally?
  A: We welcome International buyers and ship to all countries. Please understand that customs clearance can take some time in certain countries and sometimes causes a delay in shipping that is out of our control. We ship to our International customers within 48 hours of receiving payment. We pride ourselves in fast shipping.

 Q: What Type of Payments Do You Accept?
  A: We accept credit cards & e-checks through Paypal, cashier's checks, money orders and personal checks. Personal checks will have to clear our banking before item is shipped.  Q: How soon do I need to make payment?
  A: We appreciate payment within 7 days of auction close or listing close. If you are unable to meet our 7 day request, please let us know, otherwise we will file an Unpaid Item report with eBay.
 Q: What happens if I don't pay within 7 days?
  A: If we do not receive your payment or hear from you regarding when you will be making payment within 7 days of the item closing, we will file an Unpaid Item report with eBay and relist the item on auction or sell it to the second highest bidder. Ebay will then give you an unpaid item strike and that might prevent you from doing business on ebay.
 Q: I'm bidding on more than one item...should I wait to pay until all auctions close?
  A: Yes, if you would like us to combine shipping on your items, please contact us and let us know that you are waiting for additional auctions to close. We happily combine shipping when one payment is made for all items purchased.
 Q: Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
  A: We are absolutely thrilled to be able to support our troops and are happy to ship to any APO or FPO address.
 Q: Is the posted shipping price just the cost of postage?
  A: No, it is not just the cost of the actual postage. Our shipping fees include a small handling charge to cover the cost of packaging materials, warehouse space and labor. Unfortunately, these items are a big part of shipping items to you and are not free.
 Q: How soon after I pay do you ship my item?
  A: We ship Monday through Friday. In most cases, we ship your item the same day or next day after you pay. You will receive an email confirmation once we ship your item. If you do not see this confirmation within 2 business days of paying for your item, please check your spam folder in your email program.
 Q: I have won the auction...what happens now?
  A: After you receive notification that you have won our auction, please take a minute to visit our eBay store to see if there are any additional items that appeal to you! We are happy to combine shipping on multiple item orders! Once you've made your final selections, you can pay for your items and we will ship them to you within 24 hours.
 Q: I've paid...why haven't you left feedback for me?
  A: Our feedback is on an automated system for efficiency and cost reduction purposes. Once you leave feedback for us, feedback is automatically left for you. This helps us keep our costs low and gives us the ability to offer you rock bottom prices!
