The Shipping rate for Domestic shipping is for the 48 US states. Hawaii, Alaska and interenational will be subject to additional shipping charges. Please inquire about shipping charges for Hawaii, Alaska and international. Some of our merchandise come in different sizes and colors, so please drop us an e-mail for availability of size, width and color before making a purchase. We carrying 100% of new merchandise that have never been out of the original box, case, plastic, etc. The smell of the new aroma when you open your package will surely delight you.

International Shipments:

We want to welcome back our international customers. We are now shipping international. Unfortunately, we will not ship to some countries. There are restrictions for some countries that we will not ship to.

We are now shipping to some international countries. We will not ship to some international countries due to restrictions. To all our international customers, please drop us an email and inquire if we ship to your country and what the shipping cost will be before making a purchase. We will still ship Priority Mail for all items. We will still charge $45.00 for international and $35.00 for Canada priority mail. This is how we calculated the shipping cost. We ship the item from one location in the USA for $12.00 and the balance to the international destination. This call indirect shipping. A $3.00 to $6.00 insurance charge may apply if nessessary. After you hear back from us and we stated that we ship to your country, you can place your order, but do not pay for the item till we send you an invoice with the adjusted shipping charges. Your order will not ship if the correct shipping charge is not apply. This is the only way we can ship internationally. International shipments may take 6 to 10 days to ship out. 

 We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We only ship UPS for the USA.  we ship purchased so that our customers may have to signed before delivered in almost all cases.  All of our shipping cost are for Domestic only. Gat's Store will ship outside of the USA. Some carriers may left the package on porch or at front door if no one is available to sign for it. Gat's Store is not responsible for shipment that was delivered and is missing after delivery. 

Due to the high demand for our products, it is all about first come first serve. We recommended that if you see a product that you like, you should inquire by dropping us an email and purchased it because it may not be there tomorrow. Please drop us an email for sizes or if item in stock before making a purchase.

Shoes may be returned for full refund or exchange if the wrong item was shipped or the shoes are defective. Shoes may not be returned if the correct shoes were shipped and the shoes are not defective

To all of our domestic shoppers, some purchased may take between 3-6 business days to ship out. There are many different factors in processing purchases. We have to make sure each purchased goes to the right destination. Purchases have to be package safely and ship out accordingly. Refused Delivery:

Customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees. This mean if you don't signed or accept your shipment when it arrived or no one is available to accept your package. Refused product will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Unwanted products may return after contacted us. All returns must in its original content with all receipt and everything that associated with the shipment.
