For a period of 21 days from days of purchase if
the item arrives defective or was damaged in shipping, we will exchange
the item for an identical one. A case number needs to be obtained from the
manufacturer to confirm that the item is indeed defective in such a case. Once
the exchange is approved, an RMA number will be issued along with the shipping
instructions for the return of the defective item. Consumables, software, and POS systems, can not be returned once purchased. Within 21 days products can be returned if given an approval and an RMA number from Gemini via email or by phone. All such limited returns will be subject to restocking fees. Restocking fees for returned items will vary from 20-35% based on condition.
