We only ship via USPS Registered Mail (or Fed Ex if requested) to
International countries. Jewelry is no longer allowed to be shipped via USPS
Priority Mail or Express Mail. All International buyers are responsible for
the customs, duties, or taxes imposed on their purchases.
Combined Shipping
Please wait for a revised invoice if you want to combine shipment. For
auctions, ending days apart, wait until the final auction/s you are bidding
on to close before payment to take advantage of combined shipment. To request
for a combined invoice, send a message to Customer Service through eBay
or gemzngold@gmail.com
Insurance
We offer optional insurance for items less than $50.00, but we
strongly suggest that you insure your package to guarantee a replacement in
case of loss / non-delivery by USPS. We will not be able to replace or
refund any uninsured purchase. For higher-valued items, Insurance is
required due to increasing incidence of lost packages in transit.
We will not be able to file an insurance claim if delivery confirmation
indicates that your package was delivered.
For international buyers, if your package has not turned up in 45
days, we will make the claim ourselves. We suggest multi-item buyers to
request FedEx shipment for safer delivery of your items.
Delivery Time
All of our jewelry is made to order after the close of sale. Unless we
have them in stock, please allow 24 to 48 hours after processing your order
to have them ready. Of course, jewelry in need of customization such as
requests for ring resizing or white gold may take longer.
Please take in to consideration USPS delays. The postal service is out of our
control, but we do our best to process your orders as soon as auction closes
and payment is cleared and ship them out promptly. For International
buyers, delivery may take as early as 2 weeks and as long as 4 weeks,
depending on how long your item clears your country’s Customs.
If you need your jewelry on a specific date, do inform us and we will
try our best to meet your deadline.
